The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically credited to your account instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes to reflect depending on the originating bank's processing times.
Withdrawals may only be made by the registered account holder and only to payment channels previously used to deposit funds into the same account (to prevent money laundering). All transactions on the platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. 1betwin is not responsible for any currency conversion losses or bank charges incurred by the User.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy: 1betwin is committed to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. All accounts are subject to transaction monitoring. Where suspicious activity is detected, 1betwin may freeze the account, withhold funds, and report the activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable international AML obligations.

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they can be withdrawn as real money. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements within any applicable time limit will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

1betwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any rights already vested in Users who have already qualified for a specific offer will be honoured.
A bet is deemed placed and accepted once it has been confirmed by the platform and appears in the User's bet history. 1betwin reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion without being obliged to provide a reason. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User once confirmed.
In the event of a manifest error, technical malfunction, or any obvious mistake in odds or game outcomes, 1betwin reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to Users' accounts. A "manifest error" includes, but is not limited to, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a data feed failure, software glitch, or human error.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and markets. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by 1betwin at any time. Individual account limits may also be applied based on betting patterns or account history.
In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules for the specific sport or market, which are detailed in the Sports Betting Rules section accessible via the platform. In general, stakes on cancelled events are returned to the User's account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1betwin platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

You may close your account at any time by contacting 1betwin's customer support team via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance in your account will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no prohibited activities are under investigation.
Upon termination of an account for any reason, all rights and licences granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Any Bonus Funds remaining in your account at the point of termination will be forfeited.
